I have no idea what the best methods of exercise and diet are for you.  I don't think anyone can tell you right off the bat without prior knowledge of your health history, workout experience, preferred foods, etc.


Still then, for the most part, it's all educated guess and check work. If they have "the answers" then I'd be very weary of their sales pitch and/or process.  


No one in this industry has the absolute answer.  Of that I'm sure.  Lots of gimmicks and tricks can work for a certain period of time BUT... then what?  Did you actually learn anything or S.O.L. again... waiting for the next get fit quick & forget 28-day routine?


How do you expect changes if you keep repeating the same process?


 What's the point then?

Listen, I get it... you don't know me and I don't know you yet.  In this industry, there is so much contradictory information and everyone is trying to sell you their own products.  All of them claiming to burn the most fat, put on the most lean muscle, and so much other bologna.


BUT I will tell you I personally have struggled with weight in my life.  I currently weigh the same now as I did a whole foot shorter in 8th grade.  Through simple, effective, small changes, I created habits, and through these habits, a lifestyle. 


We'd love to work with you and try to discover, together, the right formula for you.  AND... GUESS WHAT?  If not, I'd personally, still be more than happy to try and answer any questions you may have to help you find the right solutions.  


The point of SOL FIT Project is not exclusion but inclusion for ALL!
